7. Dropshipping clients are responsible for their own customer care.
8. Dropshipping Adult Superstore cannot be held responsible for actions outside of its control. Our contract of sale is with you (our client), not your customers. 
9. If you sell a product that has been discontinued or is out of stock, Dropshipping Adult Superstore cannot be held accountable for additional expenditure you may incur dealing with your customer.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal right to possess adult material in your community, and are not offended by adult merchandise including such things as sex toys, bondage equipment, vibrators and other adult products. By entering this website you have released and discharged the providers/owners and creators of this site from any and all liability which might arise.

13. All claims for damages must be reported to Dropshipping Adult Superstore within 3 days of the delivery date.
14. All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipping to your customer.
15. We respect your confidentiality. All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging, and we will never make your details available to any third party company for marketing purposes.

Faulty & Returns

1. You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. We do NOT accept returns on any books or movies.
   
3. If we have sent the wrong item (i.e. not the item you purchased) return the item and we will send the correct replacement at our cost.   
4. Faulty goods - send the items back to us with a note stating the problem, and the order reference number, we will exchange the item for you, or give you a full refund. 
5. Unwanted goods - Any credit for goods returned to us asunwanted will be fully checked, subject to the following conditions: 

• The Items must be unused. 
• The items must be in their original condition & packaging. 
• The Items must be received by us within 7 days from the day you receive your order. 
• Lingerie and other items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

Note: If we suspect that the items have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

Refunds

1. Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund:
2. We require upto 5 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund.
3. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. 
4. This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control.
5. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.

Payment Methods

Cheques

Cheques are accepted, although please be aware that we do need to delay despatch of your order until the payment has cleared. This can take up to 5 working days. Please make cheques payable to Bluecommerce Solutions LTD.

Postal Order / Money Order

UK Postal Orders and Pound Sterling (GBP) Money Orders are acceptable and will clear within one working day.

Bank Deposit / Transfer

Depending upon where your payment is being made from, a wire transfer may take up to 5 working days to reach our account. (use order number as reference) for more information please contact us.

Note that all charges are payable by you as the sender.

After purchasing a order you will receive your invoice to the email address you registered your account with, showing your order number and banking details. (check your inbox or junk folder)

Note: We are in the process of opening a merchant account to accept card payments, until then we can only accept BACS.

• All unpaid orders will be cancelled at 5.00pm each week to release stock.
